The idea of “FLOW IN THE SNOW”came from a deep and intense desire to see God’s people understand and experience the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity. The goal of this conference is for people to do more than just learn, but also open their hearts to what the Spirit maybe saying to the church. It is our sincere prayer that your heart will be open and that the love of God be intensified as you participate. We are excited to host this conference, and are praying for a divine visitation of the Lord, in His glory and His majesty. |

Marty Johnson

Pastor Marty Johnson grew up in Melfort, Sask. where he attended the Melfort Covenant Church. He accepted Christ as a child and was baptized as a teenager. He attended Covenant Bible College and then accepted an internship for a year in Nelson B.C. following that he came back to the prairies to attend Briercrest Bible College where he completed his education.

| Marty married his wife Tina in 1998 and they have two wonderful boys, Ayden and Isaac. In the same year he accepted an Associate position in the Melfort Covenant Church for a year. They were called to minister in Emo, Ontario in 2000 as Senior Pastor at Off lake Covenant Church. In 2003, they left their Covenant roots and they were called to Dauphin, Manitoba as Senior Pastor at Grace Bible Church in the Associated Gospel Church. God has gifted Marty with the wonderful gift of preaching through using stories, antidotes and life lessons. He enjoys his call to the ministry and loves to share God's message with all. Pastor Marty and his family have been serving at Grace Bible Church since January 2003. |

Paul Fraser
Paul is a part of an exciting district lead team for Alberta and Northwest Territories, Paul oversees the department of Church Ministries for that region. With his many ministry miles, certification as a professional life coach and the experience that comes with being married and having four children; he comes with fresh perspectives, humorous stories and Spirit-led talks.

Host Pastors Scott & Alice Allen
Scott pastors the New Life Centre in Dauphin, MB. He is a graduate of Christ for the Nations in Dallas Texas, Temple Bible College and Northwest Pentecostal College. He has pastored the New Life Centre for 10 years, during which time the church has grown in both grace and love. Scott is gifted in preaching with anointing as well as various gifts of the Spirit. Alice is a graduate of Christ for the Nation, as well as Northwest Bible College. She is gifted in the prophetic song and the ministry of music. They desire to lead people into a deep abiding relationship with Christ and a sense of destiny directed by the Holy Spirit.
